Members’ Photography Competition 2023

Welcome to the virtual photography competition. Pre-COVID we held a photography competition for members with a final exhibition and announcement of winners at our Annual General Meeting but the online competition has proved so popular that we have decided to keep this format.

The winners of this year’s competition were announced at the Annual General Meeting on Oct 28. They were:

Home: Helen Sommerville, Deserted Settlement, Kilmartin Glen

International: Fred Hay, Petroglyphs, Wadi Rum, Jordan

Aerial: Simon Davies, Overhead oblique view of the Grimsay Wheelhouse

… and the overall winner and recipient of the ACFA Memorial Quaich was Simon Davies for the above photograph.
